Return Policy

The return of the products has to take place no later than fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt and it has to be in its original condition. In case of refund, the procedure is done by deposit no later than fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.

The first change is free! For any further change for the same order there is an automatic delivery charge (5,00€/shipment). In case of return-change of products from Cyprus and worldwide the delivery cost is borne by the costumer.

Discount coupons do not apply to the changes and the products you have selected for change/order. You receive them at the listed purchase price that E-Shop has at the time of completion of the Change/Order.

RETURN CATEGORIES FOR SELECTION: 

1.  Defective (broken) Send e-mail at contact@rakun.gr with subject RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.  Attached you have to add photo of the defective product, fill in your details, product’s code and order number. Once you receive a confirmation email from us, you send the product at our expense. The return of the product will always be done with the same shipping company where you received your order (ASC, Geniki Tahidromiki), otherwise the costumer will have an additional charge.

2. Return for change of item or for change of size or color. To return for change add in the e-mail the subject CHANGE OF ITEMS OR SIZE OR COLOR and contact us by phone call. In this case the return cost is ours. The return of the product will always be done with the same shipping company where you received your order (ACS, Geniki Tahidromiki), otherwise the customer will have an additional charge.

3. Refund. For a refund you contact us by phone to follow the refund process where the customer bears the shipping costs.

Shipping & Returns

Rakun.gr cooperates with courier and transport companies. Shipping is free for Greece. The products with mark “Shipping by transport” are sent through a shipping company and delivered to the agency that will be indicated by the client in Athens and from there on the client assumes the cost and responsibility with the agency. For the execution of the specific orders (indoor / outdoor furniture), payment is required by bank deposit, credit card, debit or payPal. Delivery time for orders is 4-7 working days. Excludes indoor / outdoor furniture whose delivery can take up to 20 working days.

Return Terms:

1. Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date stated on the purchase document.

2. In no case we will not accept a product which is not in its original condition. This means that the product must: a) not be washed b) have all its labels c) its packaging has not been damaged.

3. The product must be returned with all the accompanying documents such as e.g. The Retail Receipt, the Delivery Note, etc.
